Mr. Oslos is a Licensed Professional Geologist (LPG) with over 13 years experience in the environmental consulting and geological engineering field. As an environmental consultant, Mr. Oslos has assisted a variety of Clients in achieving their environmental objectives on a diverse range of projects across the United States. Mr. Oslos has completed hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and subsequent subsurface investigations as part of the due diligence process of real estate transaction. He has conducted small environmental sampling to multi-million dollar remediation projects on properties impacted with petroleum products, chlorinated solvents, and/or metals. Mr. Oslos understands the financial burden environmental projects can have on a property owner; therefore, he has become well versed with state reimbursement programs and alternative funding sources, such as insurance and federal and state grant money, in order to adequately address environmental issues facing a client’s property and obtain no further action (NFA) status, which in return, protects the client’s investments, maximizes their assets, and builds a more sustainable environment.
Mr. Oslos is a life-long Hoosier and holds a degree in Geological Sciences from Indiana University in Bloomington. He currently resides in Greenwood with his wife Susan, son Evan, and daughter Alaina.
Mr. Cooper is a Licensed Professional Geologist (LPG) with vast experience in subsurface investigations, groundwater flow analysis, aquifer characterization, soil analysis, vapor intrusion, pilot studies, remediation, underground storage tank management, environmental regulatory compliance, and environmental due diligence. Mr. Cooper has served as a Senior Project Manager for numerous soil and groundwater investigation and remediation projects at environmentally impaired industrial project sites for various clients in the State of Indiana. Projects have included petroleum and chlorinated solvent sites impacting soil, groundwater, and vapor.
Mr. Cooper obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Sciences from Indiana University in 2003. He resides in New Palestine with his wife Melissa and sons Jake and Carson. Mike enjoys being involved with his boys sport teams and taking multiple camping trips per year with his family.
